- We aim to make and dispatch items within 3-5 working days of purchase.

- Please feel free to contact us regarding large orders, we may be able to do a discount for you.
- Refunds will not be given on items unless faulty.
- Please report any issues to us within 72 hours of receipt of your order. If you receive an item and it is damaged please contact us. We will require photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can contact Royal Mail/courier regarding it. Damaged items will be replaced for you.
- We use Royal Mail to send your order. Once dispatched we can't control how quickly you'll receive it.
